System Analysts
We co-ordinate the upgrade or installation of the computer system, when the system is nearly complete it is tested on users. We observe your staff as they use the new system to make sure it performs as planned, computer reports and programs relating to the system are examined for problems, We make changes to the programs to correct any problems.
When the system is fully set up, our analysts train your staff how to use it, easy to read manuals are also provided describing how to use the system. In addition, we write documentation for the people who will maintain the system; this describes the changes made to the system.
Change happens quickly in the computer field, we have to frequently read manuals and magazines to keep our knowledge up-to-date. We also take a variety of computer systems and programming courses to stay ahead of the game.
